The world’s largest touring collection of Banksy artworks opened in London today (May 20). For the very first time, the UK hosts an array of unique pieces from the mysterious political activist, satirist and artist, who has spent most of the last three decades anonymously painting streets across the world. The Art of Banksy, launching for a limited season, features world-famous pieces including Flower Thrower, Rude Copper and Girl and Balloon, alongside works rarely seen by the general public. The Art of Banksy has already travelled to Melbourne, Amsterdam, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Auckland, Toronto, Miami, Gothenburg and Sydney and been seen by 750,000 visitors.
